Was erwartet dich?
- Du übernimmst die Sachbearbeitung von Verbraucherinsolvenzverfahren und dokumentierst alle Schritte sorgfältig, idealerweise mit Winsolvenz P4 oder Lexolution.
- Du prüfst und bearbeitest insolvenzrechtliche Sachverhalte, von der Antragsstellung bis zum Abschluss des Verfahrens.
- Für die Insolvenzverwaltung und das zuständige Gericht erstellst du fristgerecht Berichte und wichtige Schriftsätze.
- Als zentrale Ansprechperson steuerst du die gesamte Korrespondenz mit Gerichten, Schuldnern sowie Gläubigern und sorgst für einen reibungslosen Informationsfluss.
- In enger Zusammenarbeit mit der Insolvenzverwaltung unterstützt du bei allen anfallenden Aufgaben und trägst so maßgeblich zum Erfolg der Verfahren bei.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein Studium im Wirtschaftsrecht oder eine passende Ausbildung (z. B. als Rechtsfachwirt/-in oder Rechtsanwalts- und Notarfachangestellte/-r) erfolgreich abgeschlossen.
- Du bringst bereits Berufserfahrung in der Sachbearbeitung von Verbraucherinsolvenzen mit.
- Du überzeugst durch eine sorgfältige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und bist eine engagierte, verlässliche Persönlichkeit, die gerne im Team arbeitet.
- Im Umgang mit MS-Office bist du sicher und versiert.
- Idealerweise hast du schon mit Winsolvenz P4 oder Lexolution gearbeitet – falls nicht, ist das aber auch kein Problem.
- Du kommunizierst verhandlungssicher auf Deutsch in Wort und Schrift.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
