Was erwartet dich?
- Du verantwortest die Konfiguration und den stabilen Betrieb der Netzwerklandschaft (LAN, WAN, WLAN) auf Basis von Cisco-Technologien sowie Fortinet-Firewalls, sowohl intern als auch für Kunden.
- Als zentrale Ansprechperson im 2nd-Level-Support analysierst und behebst du systematisch auftretende Störungen und sicherst so die hohe Verfügbarkeit der Systeme.
- Gemeinsam mit den Netzwerk-Architekten wirkst du aktiv an der Weiterentwicklung der Infrastruktur mit und bringst deine Ideen in Projekten zu Network Security und Automatisierung ein.
- Du nutzt deine Kenntnisse in Python und APIs, um wiederkehrende Aufgaben zu automatisieren und die Effizienz in der Netzwerkadministration kontinuierlich zu steigern.
- Du sorgst für eine lückenlose und verständliche Dokumentation der Netzwerkkonfigurationen und -prozesse, um die Wissensbasis im Team aktuell zu halten.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine Ausbildung im IT-Bereich (z. B. als Fachinformatiker) und bringst bereits praktische Erfahrung in der Netzwerkbetreuung mit (TCP/IP, OSI-Layer).
- Du konntest bereits erste Erfahrungen mit Cisco-Hardware (LAN, WLAN, WAN) sammeln und hast idealerweise auch schon mit Fortinet Firewalls oder Cisco ISE gearbeitet.
- Du interessierst dich für moderne Netzwerkautomatisierung und bringst idealerweise erste Kenntnisse in Python oder im Umgang mit APIs mit.
- Mit deiner strukturierten und geduldigen Art gehst du der Ursache von Störungen systematisch auf den Grund und findest nachhaltige Lösungen.
- Du sprichst fließend Deutsch (C1) sowie gutes Englisch und punktest zusätzlich mit Zertifizierungen wie CCNA oder CCNP – diese sind aber kein Muss.
