Was erwartet dich?
- Du bist verantwortlich für die termingerechte Erstellung des Berichtswesens auf Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresebene
- Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für die Produktkalkulation und die monatliche Deckungsbeitragsanalyse
- Du wirkst bei der Erstellung der Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüsse der Muttergesellschaft sowie auf Konzernebene mit
- Du erstellst und überwachst Forecasts und Budgets
- Du erstellst Reports, Statistiken und Auswertungen für die Geschäftsleitung und Fachabteilungen, inklusive Analyse, Interpretation und Vorschläge für Korrekturmaßnahmen
- Du baust das Beteiligungscontrolling auf und aus und führst fachlich und disziplinarisch 3 Mitarbeitende im Bereich Controlling

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften mit Schwerpunkt im Bereich Finance und Controlling oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Du bringst mehrjährige Führungs- und Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position in einem produzierenden Industrieunternehmen mit
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit den gängigen IT-Systemen, insbesondere mit MS-Office und SAP (S/4 Hana)
- Du arbeitest strukturiert und selbstständig, zeigst hohe Einsatzbereitschaft und Teamfähigkeit
- Du hast ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und ein Verständnis für komplexe Zusammenhänge
- Du kommunizierst sowohl auf Deutsch als auch auf Englisch verhandlungssicher in Wort und Schrift

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
