Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie verantworten die operative Führung und Einsatzplanung Ihres Grünpflegeteams in Berlin, was den Großteil (ca. 80 %) Ihrer Tätigkeit ausmacht
- Sie stellen die hohe Qualität der Grünpflege bei unseren Kunden sicher, führen regelmäßige Objektbegehungen durch und sind die erste Ansprechperson für alle Anliegen
- Sie erstellen Angebote für Neukund:innen sowie Zusatzleistungen und übernehmen die administrative Organisation Ihrer Projekte mithilfe von MS Office an Ihrem Büroarbeitsplatz
- In enger Abstimmung mit der kaufmännischen Sachbearbeitung, Lieferanten und internen Abteilungen sorgen Sie für reibungslose Abläufe
- Sie planen vorausschauend und integrieren Ihr Team saisonal in den Winterdienst, um eine ganzjährige Betreuung der Objekte zu gewährleisten

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie bringen idealerweise eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Gärtner:in oder eine ähnliche Qualifikation mit – viel wichtiger ist uns aber Ihre praktische Erfahrung
- Sie verfügen über Fachwissen in der Grünpflege, Bodenkunde und im Umgang mit Pflanzen sowie den gängigen Maschinen und Geräten
- Sie haben bereits Erfahrung in der Führung eines kleinen Teams und Freude an der direkten Kommunikation mit Kund:innen
- Administrative Aufgaben mit MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) erledigen Sie routiniert.
- Ein Führerschein der Klasse B ist für diese Position zwingend erforderlich
- Sie kommunizieren sicher auf Deutsch (mindestens C1-Niveau), um sich im Team und mit Kund:innen reibungslos abzustimmen

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
