Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie verantworten die technische Leitung anspruchsvoller Mechatronik-Projekte über den gesamten Lebenszyklus – von der ersten Idee bis zur erfolgreichen Serienreife.
- Sie analysieren komplexe Kundenanforderungen und entwickeln auf dieser Basis innovative Lösungskonzepte, die Sie mittels CAD (z. B. SolidWorks) visualisieren und eng mit internen Fachbereichen abstimmen.
- Sie bewerten die technische Machbarkeit Ihrer Konzepte, auch unter Einsatz von Simulationstools (z. B. FEM/CFD), und steuern souverän interne sowie externe Entwicklungspartner.
- Sie begleiten aktiv den Prototypenbau und stellen durch die Planung und Überwachung von Tests, Validierung und technischer Dokumentation die finale Serienfreigabe sicher.
- Sie identifizieren proaktiv Potenziale zur Weiterentwicklung unserer mechatronischen Systeme und treiben aktiv technische Innovationen im Team voran.

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie verfügen über ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Mechatronik, Maschinenbau oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
- Sie bringen fundierte Kenntnisse in der Entwicklung mechatronischer Baugruppen und Systeme mit
- Sie haben Erfahrung im Projektmanagement technischer Entwicklungsprojekte, idealerweise im Maschinen- oder Anlagenbau
- Sie besitzen gute Kenntnisse in CAD (z. B. SolidWorks) und idealerweise in Systemsimulationstools (z. B. FEM-/CFD)
- Sie arbeiten strukturiert, lösungsorientiert und eigenverantwortlich
- Sie kommunizieren sicher auf Deutsch und Englisch, schriftlich wie mündlich
