Was erwartet dich?
- Du konzipierst und entwickelst Regelungs- und Steuerungssysteme für unsere Gas- und Dual-Fuel-Motoren – von der ersten Idee bis zur Serienreife.
- Du analysierst und optimierst bestehende Systeme in Bereichen wie Gemisch-, Zündungs- und Klopfregelung, um die Performance und Effizienz kontinuierlich zu steigern.
- Du bringst proaktiv eigene Ideen ein und treibst die Weiterentwicklung unserer Motormanagement-Technologien für zukunftsweisende Antriebskonzepte voran.
- In enger Abstimmung mit dem Vertrieb übernimmst du die technische Auslegung und Angebotserstellung für anspruchsvolle, internationale Kundenprojekte.
- Als technische:r Expert:in berätst du unsere weltweiten Kund:innen und begleitest bei Bedarf die Inbetriebnahme der Systeme direkt vor Ort.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Maschinenbau, Fahrzeugtechnik, Mechatronik oder einer vergleichbaren ingenieurwissenschaftlichen Fachrichtung
- Du verfügst über Kenntnisse über Verbrennungsmotoren, insbesondere Motormanagement und Antriebstechnik, idealerweise mit Bezug zu Gas- und Dual-Fuel-Motoren
- Du hast Erfahrung im Bereich der Regelungstechnik und der Entwicklung von technischen Lösungen
- Du arbeitest analytisch und strukturiert und hast Freude daran, technische Herausforderungen eigenverantwortlich zu lösen
- Du verfügst über sehr gute schriftliche sowie mündliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch
- Du hast Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen Kund:innen und interkulturelle Kompetenz; Erfahrung im Bereich der funktionalen Sicherheit ist von Vorteil

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
