Was erwartet dich?
- Du hilfst beim Aufbau eines ISMS, das echten Mehrwert liefert, und sorgst dafür, dass DSGVO, NIS2 & Co. keine Bürokratiemonster werden, sondern nützlich sind
- Du planst und baust eine schlanke, automatisierte IT-Landschaft von Grund auf, die unser Wachstum trägt, fern von klassischer „Enterprise IT“, hin zu Zero-Touch-Prozessen
- Du sorgst dafür, dass Windows- und Apple-Devices automatisiert ausgerollt und gemanaged werden und setzt Self-Service- und IT-Ops-Workflows für unseren gesamten SaaS‑Stack um, um manuelle Schritte auf ein Minimum zu reduzieren
- Du koordinierst unseren internen IT‑Support, priorisierst Tickets, leitest sie ans Team weiter und stellst sicher, dass Anfragen zügig gelöst werden - und packst auch mal selbst mit an

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine Leidenschaft für Compliance & Security und weißt, was Security & Compliance für den Business Alltag bedeutet, auch ohne Zertifikat
- Du hast ein IT‑Builder‑Mindset, Erfahrung mit Device‑Management und eignest dir neue SaaS‑Tools im Handumdrehen an – du hast Lust, selbst etwas Neues aufzubauen und lernst schnell
- Du führst neue IT‑Ops‑Tools und -Services ein, Skripting macht dir Freude und du denkst in APIs statt in Dokumenten und Tickets
- Du arbeitest eigenständig, bist hilfsbereit, übersetzt Tech‑Kauderwelsch für die Kolleg:innen in Alltagssprache, bleibst dabei immer gelassen und sprichst sehr gutes Deutsch und Englisch
- Du arbeitest gerne 2-3 Tage pro Woche in unserem Kölner Büro, kannst aber auch flexibel von zu Hause aus arbeiten

Personal contact is possible via chat as soon as you have been invited for an interview. Before that, you will receive all important status changes by e-mail. If you have any questions, you can contact us anytime via email.
I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
What do I have to consider if German is not my mother tongue?
Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
