Was erwartet dich?
- Du entwickelst starke visuelle Ideen und Kampagnen, die Marken entlang der Shopper Journey inszenieren und aktivieren – digital, gedruckt und bewegt
- Du übersetzt Markenstrategien und Shopper-Insights in überzeugende Layouts, Packaging- und PoS-Konzepte
- Du begleitest deine Projekte von der ersten Idee über die Ausarbeitung bis zur finalen Umsetzung
- Du prägst die gestalterische Qualität deiner Projekte und gibst dem Team kreative Impulse
- Du arbeitest eng mit Beratung, Kreation, Produktion und externen Partner:innen zusammen und bringst deine Ideen klar und lösungsorientiert ein
- Du verwandelst exzellente Gestaltung in wirksame Aktivierung am PoS

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Grafik- oder Kommunikationsdesign oder vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- Mindestens drei Jahre Erfahrung in einer Design- oder Werbeagentur – idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt FMCG, Shopper-Marketing, Packaging oder PoS.
- Erfahrung mit Kommunikationsmaßnahmen für Food-, Beverage-, Beauty- oder OTC-Marken.
- Sehr gutes Gespür für Marken, Layout, Typografie, Bildsprache und Details.
- Stark in Print und Packaging, sicher in digitalen Formaten und offen für Bewegtbild und 3D.
- Sehr sicher in Adobe CC (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop); Cinema 4D oder vergleichbare 3D-/Motion-Tools sind ein Plus.
- Konzeptionell stark, strukturiert und mit der Fähigkeit, Ideen auf den Punkt zu bringen.
- Teamorientiert und eigeninitiativ – mit Lust, Verantwortung für deine Projekte zu übernehmen.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
