Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie verantworten die technische Leitung von anspruchsvollen Sonderfahrzeugprojekten – von der ersten Kundenanforderung über das Lastenheft bis zur finalen Fahrzeugübergabe.
- Sie entwickeln die technische Gesamtkonzeption, bewerten die Machbarkeit und definieren das Fahrzeuglayout sowie alle relevanten Komponenten und Baugruppen in enger Abstimmung mit der Konstruktion.
- Als zentrale technische Schnittstelle koordinieren Sie die Zusammenarbeit zwischen Konstruktion, Fertigung und Einkauf und beraten unsere Kunden sowie Lieferanten auf Augenhöhe.
- Sie planen und steuern Ihre Projekte aktiv im Hinblick auf technische Meilensteine, Qualität, Termine sowie Kosten und leiten bei Abweichungen frühzeitig Gegenmaßnahmen ein.
- Sie prüfen technische Konzepte sowie Zeichnungen auf Schwachstellen, sichern die Qualität in der Umsetzung und bringen Ihr Know-how aktiv in die Weiterentwicklung unserer Fahrzeugkonzepte ein.

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie bringenmindestens 5 Jahre praktische Erfahrung im Sonderfahrzeugbau mit und verstehen, wie ein Spezialfahrzeug von Grund auf konzipiert und aufgebaut wird.
- Ihre Basis ist eine technische Ausbildung oder ein Studium (z. B. Fahrzeugbau, Maschinenbau), wobei für uns Ihre nachweisliche Fachkompetenz mehr zählt als der formale Abschluss.
- Als kommunikative Schnittstelle zwischen Kund:innen, Konstruktion und Fertigung macht es Ihnen Spaß, technische Projekte zu leiten und Lösungen für komplexe Anforderungen zu finden.
- Für die reibungslose Abstimmung im Projektverlauf kommunizieren Sie verhandlungssicher auf Deutsch.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
