Was erwartet dich?
- Du steuerst eigenständig die komplette Exportabwicklung für nationale und internationale Luftfrachtsendungen, von der Annahme bis zur finalen Auslieferung
- Dabei erstellst du sämtliche zoll- und ausfuhrrelevanten Dokumente wie Ausfuhranmeldungen, CMR-Frachtbriefe und Lieferscheine unter Einhaltung unserer SOPs
- Du übernimmst die Ratenkalkulation, erstellst passgenaue Angebote für unsere Kund:innen und bist deren erste Ansprechperson bei Rückfragen
- In enger Abstimmung mit Transportdienstleistern und Servicepartnern beauftragst und koordinierst du die Fracht, inklusive notwendiger Fahrten zum Flughafen
- Du überwachst proaktiv den gesamten Sendungsverlauf, identifizierst frühzeitig Abweichungen und bringst deine Ideen zur Prozessverbesserung aktiv ein

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine kaufmännische Ausbildung oder mindestens ein Jahr Berufserfahrung im Bereich Export oder Logistik
- Du bringst gute Kenntnisse in der Zollabfertigung sowie Luftfrachtsicherheit mit und bist sicher im Umgang mit MS Office
- Für die Kommunikation mit internationalen Partnern und dem Team sprichst du fließend Englisch (C1) und verhandlungssicher Deutsch (C2)
- Du arbeitest eigeninitiativ sowie verantwortungsbewusst und behältst auch bei komplexen Aufträgen den Überblick
- Als engagierter Teamplayer hast du Lust, dich aktiv einzubringen und kontinuierlich dazuzulernen
