- Du bist als Digital Consultant (m/w/d) Teil eines interdisziplinären Projektteams aus Entwicklung und Design, das sich selbst organisiert und Projekte gemeinsam voranbringt
- Du analysierst Websites und Ziele unserer B2B-Kund:innen aus Industrie und Mittelstand, leitest priorisierte Handlungsfelder ab und übersetzt sie in konkrete Initiativen
- Du konzentrierst dich auf Websites als Werkzeug unserer Kund:innen, nicht auf Kampagnen oder Ads
- Du bringst in Kundenterminen und Workshops Lösungsvorschläge mit, nicht nur Moderationskarten, und arbeitest bei Angeboten und Pitches mit
- Du kümmerst dich um Tracking und Auswertung, leitest Maßnahmen aus den Zahlen ab und verbesserst die Auffindbarkeit, klassisch über SEO und zunehmend in KI-Suchen (GEO)
- Du begleitest unsere Kund:innen auch nach dem Launch und entwickelst ihre Websites mit ihnen weiter

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
