Was erwartet dich?
- Du bist die zentrale Ansprechperson für unsere Kund:innen und verantwortest den reibungslosen Betrieb ihrer DATEV-Anwendungen, indem du technischen Support leistest und komplexe Anfragen eigenständig löst.
- Du administrierst und optimierst die zugrundeliegenden IT-Infrastrukturen auf Basis von Windows Server und managst die virtuellen Umgebungen mit Hyper-V und VMware.
- Du planst und realisierst eigenverantwortlich anspruchsvolle IT-Projekte, wie z.B. die Migration von Kundensystemen in unser Rechenzentrum.
- Du stellst die Systemverfügbarkeit durch proaktives Monitoring, regelmäßige Wartung der Server- und Storage-Systeme sowie die Implementierung von Updates sicher.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im IT-Bereich oder ein Studium in einem relevanten Fachgebiet
- Du bringst 4–5 Jahre Berufserfahrung mit, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt auf der Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung komplexer IT-Infrastrukturen sowie fundiertem Verständnis für die Anforderungen von Kund:innen in einem technischen Umfeld
- Du verfügst über umfassende Kenntnisse der DATEV-Software, einschließlich Buchhaltungs-, Steuer- und Lohnabrechnungsprogrammen
- Du hast fundierte Erfahrung in größeren IT-Umgebungen mit gängigen Windows Server- und Clientbetriebssystemen sowie Storage-Systemen
- Du besitzt gute Kenntnisse in Virtualisierungstechnologien wie Hyper-V und/oder VMware
- Du hast sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (C1/C2)

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
