Was erwartet dich?
- Als Teamleitung führst und entwickelst du dein Team in der Arbeitsvorbereitung und bist die erste Ansprechperson für alle fachlichen Themen.
- Mithilfe eures ERP-Systems verantwortest du die gesamte Auftrags- und Kapazitätsplanung, von der Erstellung der Arbeitspläne bis zur termingerechten Fertigungssteuerung.
- Du analysierst bestehende Fertigungsabläufe, identifizierst Engpässe sowie Optimierungspotenziale und leitest daraus konkrete Maßnahmen zur Steigerung der Produktivität ab.
- In enger Zusammenarbeit mit der Produktionsleitung und dem Qualitätsmanagement stellst du einen reibungslosen und effizienten Fertigungsprozess sicher.
- Du stellst die Qualität und Aktualität aller produktionsrelevanten Daten und Dokumentationen sicher und bereitest relevante Kennzahlen für das Management auf.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene technische oder kaufmännisch-technische Ausbildung, idealerweise mit einer Weiterbildung zum/zur Techniker:in oder Meister:in.
- Du bringst mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Arbeitsvorbereitung, Produktionsplanung oder Fertigungssteuerung mit.
- Du verfügst über fundierte Kenntnisse in der Fertigungs- und Prozessplanung sowie in der Kapazitäts- und Ressourcensteuerung.
- Du hast bereits Erfahrung in der Führung von Mitarbeitenden oder bringst das Potenzial mit, ein Team erfolgreich anzuleiten.
- Dank deines analytischen Denkvermögens gehst du sicher mit ERP-Systemen um und hast ein gutes Verständnis für digitale Prozesse und Datenanalysen.
- Für eine reibungslose Zusammenarbeit im Team kommunizierst du fließend auf Deutsch (C1).

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
