Was erwartet dich?
- Gemeinsam im Team gestaltest du Gärten und Grünflächen von Grund auf: von den ersten Erdarbeiten und der Geländemodellierung bis zur finalen Bepflanzung.
- Du übernimmst eigenständig Pflasterarbeiten für Wege, Terrassen und Einfahrten und verleihst Projekten durch den Bau von Mauern und Zäunen Struktur.
- Du bringst Gärten zum Blühen, indem du Bäume, Sträucher sowie Stauden fachgerecht pflanzt und neue Rasenflächen durch Saat oder Rollrasen anlegst.
- Du stellst die nachhaltige Schönheit der von dir geschaffenen Anlagen durch professionelle Pflege, wie den gezielten Hecken- und Gehölzschnitt, sicher.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast idealerweise eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Gärtner:in (Fachrichtung Garten- und Landschaftsbau) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- Alternativ bringst du einschlägige praktische Erfahrung im Garten- und Landschaftsbau mit.
- Du hast Erfahrung mit Pflaster- und Erdarbeiten sowie in der Herstellung von Außenanlagen und gehst sicher mit den üblichen Maschinen um.
- Du besitzt handwerkliches Geschick, arbeitest sorgfältig und bist ein:e zuverlässige:r Teamplayer:in.
- Du hast Freude an der körperlichen Arbeit im Freien bei jedem Wetter.
- Für die reibungslose Abstimmung im Team und mit Kund:innen sprichst du sehr gut Deutsch (C1).
- Ein Führerschein der Klasse B ist wünschenswert; Klasse BE und Erfahrung mit Bagger oder Radlader sind von Vorteil

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
