This is not a high-volume cold-calling job. We don't measure you on dial counts — we measure you on the quality of the pipeline you build and what it turns into. Your job is to genuinely understand a prospect's business, uncover their real needs and pain points, and propose the solution that actually fits. It is a high-ownership, consultative sales position at one of Europe's fastest-growing sustainability tech companies — with a clear career path, an AI-first toolstack, and real responsibility from day one.
We are building a decacorn here. You could be part of that.
What the program looks like
The BDR Graduate Program is structured around a simple principle: real ownership from day one, with a clear, fast path forward.
You start in the BDR role — building pipeline, mastering consultative, senior-level outbound, and developing your AI stack. Show convincing performance, and you can be promoted to an Account Executive or Senior BDR after just 6 months. From there, strong performers can expect further career opportunities into Senior BD, BD leadership, or adjacent commercial roles — based on your results and where your strengths take you.
What can you expect?
- You manage a named-account list of 100–200 accounts in your territory, researching them and deciding when and how to engage, focusing on the quality of the pipeline, not dial volume
- You conduct senior outbound conversations, getting into rooms with VP-level and above in your target accounts, running sharp, well-prepared discovery calls and concise 5–10-minute product framings when needed
- You perform signal-driven outreach by reading regulatory shifts, earnings calls, leadership moves, and product launches, turning them into reasons to reach out today, with signals surfaced for you and the angle yours to write
- You move opportunities through to AE-accepted, BANT-qualified pipeline in HubSpot, ensuring multi-thread coverage across at least two contacts per active account
- You utilize your own AI stack, living inside Claude, ZoomInfo, Apollo, n8n, Clay, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator, building and vibe-coding your own lightweight agents and workflows for research, enrichment, drafting, and signal monitoring
- You pilot, improve, and scale AI SDRs for both inbound and outbound, being on the front line, piloting them, training them, stress-testing them, and feeding back what works to help build the most AI-advanced BD organisation in the world

- You possess a consultative mindset, preferring to spend extra time understanding a prospect's business rather than sending generic emails, asking sharp questions, listening for real pain points, and proposing solutions
- You are an innovative, out-of-the-box thinker who challenges the playbook, suggesting what should be done differently, what tools to try, what signals are missed, and how to improve the system
- You are comfortable in complex, multi-stakeholder environments, articulating business problems clearly to senior executives, eager to learn software, and run short product framings when needed
- You are high energy, resilient, and hungry, intrinsically motivated to build a great career in an outbound-heavy role with a strong performance culture
