Wir suchen ab sofort für unser Büro am Hauptsitz Ober-Ramstadt in Vollzeit eine:n Controller (m/w/d).
Deine Aufgaben
- Du überwachst systemübergreifende Finanz- und Prozessketten (z. B. Bestellungen, Wareneingänge, Retouren) und identifizierst Fehler. (Marktplätze, Datenbank/ BI, SAP Business One)
- Du analysierst finanzielle Abweichungen in SAP Business One und setzt Korrekturen mit der Buchhaltung und IT um.
- Du erstellst Datenabgleiche sowie Reports (Power BI, BigQuery, SQL) und entwickelst automatisierte Prüfroutinen.
- Du nutzt KI (derzeit Claude) als zentrales Werkzeug für Analyse, Datenabgleich, Dokumentation und Automatisierung und treibst den Ausbau KI-gestützter Finanzprozesse aktiv voran
- Du wirkst zentral am Monats- und Jahresabschluss mit: Überleitungen, Abstimmungen, Rückstellungen und Nachweise für die Wirtschaftsprüfer
- Du erstellst Entscheidungsvorlagen und Ad-hoc-Analysen für die Geschäftsführung
- Du leitest eigenverantwortlich Projekte zur Optimierung von Prozessen und Reporting.

Dein Profil
- Du hast ein Studium der Betriebswirtschaft oder Wirtschaftsinformatik mit Schwerpunkt Controlling / Rechnungswesen erfolgreich abgeschlossen oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Du hast mehrjährige Erfahrung im Controlling, Rechnungswesen oder in der Wirtschaftsprüfung, idealerweise im E-Commerce oder Handel
- Du besitzt fundierte buchhalterische Kenntnisse (HGB) und verstehst, wie ein Geschäftsvorfall in Bilanz und GuV landet
- Du bist sicher im Umgang SAP (oder einem vergleichbaren ERP) und in SQL - Erfahrung mit Power BI und BigQuery / DBeaver sind wünschenswert
- Du denkst in Prozessen und verfolgst Fehler über Systemgrenzen hinweg konsequent bis zur Ursache
- Dich zeichnet ein analytisches Denkvermögen verbunden mit einer strukturierten, sorgfältigen und selbstständigen Arbeitsweise aus
- Du bist kommunikationsstark, teamfähig und besitzt die notwendige Durchsetzungsfähigkeit
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- (C1) und gute Englischkenntnisse (B2) in Wort und Schrift

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
