Regelmäßige Projektbegleitung und Objektüberwachung vor Ort bei Kund:innen und auf Baustellen.
Was erwartet dich?
- Du entwickelst und planst innovative Anlagenkonzepte der Lüftungs- und Klimatechnik für anspruchsvolle Bauprojekte.
- Du begleitest deine Projekte eigenverantwortlich durch alle Leistungsphasen der HOAI – vom ersten Entwurf bis zur finalen Abnahme.
- Du übernimmst die technische Auslegung, erstellst präzise Berechnungen und sorgst für eine lückenlose Planungsdokumentation.
- Als wichtige Schnittstelle stimmst du dich eng mit Architekt:innen, Fachplaner:innen sowie Bauherr:innen ab, um die besten technischen Lösungen zu finden.
- Du unterstützt bei der Objektüberwachung vor Ort und stellst sicher, dass deine Planung qualitativ hochwertig und termingerecht umgesetzt wird.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Versorgungstechnik, Gebäudetechnik, Klimatechnik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation als Techniker:in.
- Du bringsst mind. 5 Jahr Berufserfahrung im genannten Bereich mit.
- Du bringst fundierte Kenntnisse in der Planung von TGA-Anlagen und den Leistungsphasen der HOAI mit.
- Deine Arbeitsweise ist strukturiert und eigenverantwortlich, gepaart mit einem ausgeprägten Qualitätsbewusstsein.
- Du trittst im Umgang mit allen Projektbeteiligten kommunikationsstark und verantwortungsbewusst auf.
- Du hast einen gültigen Führerschein der Klasse B.
- Für die reibungslose Abstimmung im Projekt sprichst und schreibst du fließend Deutsch (C1-Niveau).
