Betreuung und Koordination von Kundenprojekten mit Fokus auf Süddeutschland, mit der Möglichkeit, vereinzelt auch europaweite Projekte zu unterstützen.
Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie betreuen und koordinieren Kundenprojekte mit Fokus auf Süddeutschland und haben die Möglichkeit, vereinzelt auch europaweite Projekte zu unterstützen
- Sie übernehmen die durchgängige Verantwortung von der Erstellung des Angebotes, inklusive Aufwandskalkulation, bis zur Auftragsabwicklung
- Sie führen Planungs- und Beratungsleistungen für passive Infrastrukturlösungen im Rechenzentrumsumfeld durch
- Sie planen interne und externe Techniker:innen ein und führen das Projektteam fachlich
- Sie führen erfolgreiche Abnahmetests mit den Kund:innen durch und koordinieren (Bau-) Besprechungen vor Ort mit Kund:innen und Subunternehmer:innen
- Sie erstellen internes und externes Reporting und koordinieren Reklamationen mit Kund:innen in Abstimmung mit dem Vertrieb

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes technisches Studium oder eine technische Berufsausbildung mit 3 Jahren Erfahrung in einem ähnlichen Arbeitsgebiet
- Sie verfügen vorzugsweise über mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Projektmanagement, idealerweise im Rechenzentrums- und/oder LAN-Umfeld
- Sie haben Erfahrung im Bereich der Mitarbeiterführung und -entwicklung
- Sie besitzen ein ausgeprägtes technisches Verständnis und sind ein exzellenter Teamplayer mit hoher Eigeninitiative und -verantwortung sowie einer ganzheitlichen, prozessorientierten Unternehmenssicht, in deren Mittelpunkt die Kund:innen stehen
- Sie zeichnen sich durch ein hohes Maß an Eigenständigkeit, Organisationsgeschick, Reisebereitschaft und Flexibilität aus
- Sie verfügen über sehr gute Englischkenntnisse sowie gute Deutschkenntnisse und besitzen einen gültigen Führerschein sowie ein polizeiliches Führungszeugnis ohne Einträge
