Was erwartet dich?
- Du bedienst, rüstest und programmierst CNC- und konventionelle Dreh- & Fräsmaschinen
- Du erstellst, fährst ein und optimierst CNC-Programme (Heidenhain / Sinumerik)
- Du fertigst Einzelteile & Kleinserien nach Zeichnung
- Du führst Qualitätsprüfungen im Rahmen der Werkerselbstkontrolle durch und gehst sicher mit Messmitteln um
- Du bearbeitest Großbauteile bis 100 Tonnen und arbeitest an mehreren Maschinen
- Du planst deine Arbeitsschritte eigenständig

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine Ausbildung als Zerspanungsmechaniker (m/w/d) im Bereich Drehen oder Fräsen
- Du bringst mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung in der Fertigung von Einzelteilen und Kleinserien mit
- Du besitzt CNC-Kenntnisse, insbesondere mit Heidenhain und Sinumerik, und kannst Zeichnungen sicher lesen und umsetzen
- Du gehst sicher mit Messmitteln um und arbeitest selbstständig beim Rüsten, Programmieren und Fertigen
- Du behältst mehrere Maschinen im Griff und hast Erfahrung mit der Bearbeitung von Großbauteilen
- Du besitzt einen Kran- oder Staplerschein (wird bei Bedarf geschult) und hast Kenntnisse in der konventionellen Bearbeitung
