Was erwartet dich?
- Als zentrale Ansprechperson für unsere Kunden verantwortest Du die ganzheitliche Betreuung und Steuerung unserer Cyber Security Services – von Managed Security bis zum Incident Management.
- Du koordinierst die Zusammenarbeit zwischen Kunden, dem Security Operations Center sowie technischen Teams und stellst so eine reibungslose Serviceerbringung sicher.
- Im operativen Betrieb überwachst Du laufende Services, erkennst frühzeitig Risiken und steuerst aktiv die Priorisierung von Incidents und Service Requests.
- Du begleitest servicebezogene Prozesse wie Security-Requests, die Angebots- und Vertragserstellung sowie die Abrechnung und behältst dabei die Service Levels im Blick.
- Aktiv bringst Du eigene Ideen zur Weiterentwicklung unserer Sicherheitsservices ein und trägst so maßgeblich zur Optimierung unserer Prozesse bei.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine Ausbildung oder ein Studium im IT-Bereich sowie erste Berufserfahrung im Gepäck und brennst für die Welt der Cyber Security.
- In der Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden agierst du auch in kritischen Situationen souverän, professionell und lösungsorientiert.
- Idealerweise bringst du bereits erste Erfahrung in der Koordination von Tickets, Teams oder Serviceprozessen mit und behältst stets den Überblick.
- Eine selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und der Wille, proaktiv Verantwortung zu übernehmen, zeichnen dich aus.
- Du kommunizierst sowohl auf Deutsch (sehr gut) als auch auf Englisch (gut) sicher mit Kunden und technischen Teams.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
