- Du steuerst und koordinierst anspruchsvolle Cyber-Security-Transition-Projekte bei unseren Kunden – von der Planung bis zum erfolgreichen Go-Live
- Du fungierst als zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Kunden, Vertrieb und technischen Fach-Teams und sorgst für klare Kommunikation und Transparenz
- Du analysierst und koordinierst technische sowie organisatorische Security-Anforderungen und übersetzt diese in strukturierte, umsetzbare Lösungen
- Du stellst leitungsfähige Projektteams zusammen und koordinierst alle Beteiligten über verschiedene Fachbereiche hinweg
- Du planst Ressourcen vorausschauend und erkennst Risiken, Abhängigkeiten und Engpässe frühzeitig
- Du sorgst für die konsequente Einhaltung von Qualitäts-, Security- und Compliance-Anforderungen
- Du begleitest die Übergabe der Services in den Regelbetrieb bzw. Security Operations und stellst einen stabilen Betrieb sicher
- Du steuerst aktiv Eskalationen und bindest bei kritischen Themen die relevanten Stakeholder zielgerichtet ein

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du verfügst über mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Steuerung komplexer IT- oder Cyber-Security-Projekte und führst diese Projekte souverän zum Erfolg
- Du beherrschst gängige Projektmanagement-Methoden wie PRINCE2, Agile oder klassischen Vorgehensmodellen und wendest sie situationsgerecht an
- Cyber Security und IT-Infrastrukturen sind Dein Zuhause – von Netzwerken über Cloud bis hin zu Security Operations
- Du verstehst technische Zusammenhänge im Detail und kannst komplexe Inhalte und Themen klar, verständlich und zielgruppengerecht vermitteln
- Du koordinierst technische Teams souverän – auch standortübergreifend und in anspruchsvollen Projektumgebungen
- Du arbeitest strukturiert, lösungsorientiert und behältst auch in kritischen Situationen den Überblick
- Kenntnisse in ITIL, ISO 27001 oder weiteren Security- und Compliance-Standards sind von Vorteil
- Du kommunizierst sicher auf Deutsch und Englisch – sowohl mit Kunden als auch mit internationalen Teams

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
