- Anforderungen klar machen: Du sorgst dafür, dass Kunden und Vertrieb genau wissen, was gefragt ist – damit später nichts schiefgeht
- Projektteam zusammenstellen & führen: Du suchst geeignete Experten aus, steuerst das Projekt, hältst die Kommunikation am Laufen und bringst alle auf einen Nenner
- Ressourcen managen: Du prüfst rechtzeitig, wie viel Personal und Hardware gebraucht wird, und erkennst Engpässe frühzeitig
- Qualität und Wirtschaftlichkeit: Du stellst sicher, dass alles passt – technisch, wirtschaftlich und für den Kunden
- Übergabe im Griff: Du definierst mit dem Kunden Leistungsscheine und übergibst das Projekt sauber in den Regelbetrieb
- Wenn’s mal hakt: Bei größeren Problemen hältst Du die Bereichsleitung bzw. Geschäftsführung im Loop und forderst proaktiv Unterstützung an

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Leitung und Steuerung komplexer IT-Infrastruktur-Projekte im RZ-Umfeld – Du bringst Projekte sicher ans Ziel, ohne die Nerven zu verlieren
- Du bist fit in Projektmanagement-Methoden und Tools wie PRINCE2 und jonglierst diese mit links
- IT-Infrastruktur ist Dein Ding: Du verstehst die Technik bis ins Detail und findest immer die passende Lösung – egal ob Hardware, Netzwerke oder Cloud betroffen sind
- Du bist ein echter Kommunikationsprofi: Du erklärst technische Zusammenhänge so, dass Kunden und Entwickler gleichermaßen verstehen und nicken
- Als Team-Dirigent koordinierst du technische Teams – auch über verschiedene Standorte hinweg – und sorgst dafür, dass alle perfekt zusammenspielen
- Du arbeitest strukturiert und pragmatisch – Du findest immer den effizientesten Weg und verlierst dich nicht in unnötigen Details
- Kenntnisse in ITIL und ISO 20000 sind für dich ein Plus, aber kein Muss
- Du sprichst sehr gutes Deutsch und bist mit deinem fließenden Englisch bestens gerüstet für internationale Gespräche

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
