Was erwartet dich?
- Du konzipierst und entwickelst zukunftsfähige Netzwerk-Architekturen (LAN, WAN, WLAN) und treibst deren Automatisierung mit Python und Ansible aktiv voran.
- Du übernimmst die technische Leitung von anspruchsvollen Netzwerkprojekten, steuerst diese nach agilen (Scrum) oder klassischen (PRINCE2) Methoden und arbeitest eng mit internen Fachteams zusammen.
- Als höchste Eskalationsinstanz im 3rd-Level-Support analysierst Du komplexe Störungen, entwickelst nachhaltige Lösungsstrategien und optimierst die Performance durch gezieltes Monitoring.
- Du verantwortest die lückenlose technische Dokumentation der Netzwerk-Infrastruktur und stellst sicher, dass Betriebshandbücher und Konfigurationen stets auf dem aktuellen Stand sind.
- Du berätst Fachabteilungen bei technischen Fragestellungen, evaluierst neue Technologien am Markt und steuerst externe Dienstleister bei der Implementierung.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast bereits einige Jahre Netzwerk-Luft geschnuppert, komplexe Projekte (z.B. nach PRINCE2/Scrum) umgesetzt und kennst dich mit Planung und Betrieb bestens aus.
- Im WLAN-Game bist du vorne mit dabei, idealerweise mit CCNP/CCIE-Zertifizierung, und automatisierst souverän mit Python und Ansible.
- Monitoring-Tools sind für dich mehr als nur bunte Graphen – du weißt, wo’s blinkt und warum.
- Du kannst Technik so erklären, dass auch nicht-technische Kolleg*innen nicken und es wirklich verstanden haben.
- Dein Deutsch ist auf sehr gutem Niveau und dein Englisch reicht locker für Meetings und das Daily Business.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
