Unser Netzwerkteam erledigt seine Arbeiten remote während der Servicezeiten (8-17 Uhr), wir haben keine Bereitschaften. Einsätze vor Ort beim Kunden finden im Notfall oder bei Wartungsarbeiten statt. Die Bearbeitung von Notfällen oder auch turnusmäßige Patchinstallationen können auch außerhalb der Servicezeiten anfallen, werden aber selbstverständlich dem Arbeitszeitkonto gutgeschrieben. Außerdem leisten wir nur 2nd- bzw. 3rd-Level Support für unsere Kunden.
Wir bei BAGHUS suchen zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen erfahrenen Netzwerk-Admin zur Verstärkung für unseres Teams in München, Murnau oder Augsburg.
Was erwartet dich?
- Du administrierst, wartest und optimierst die Netzwerklandschaft (Firewall, VPN, WLAN, LAN) mit Produkten der Hersteller Barracuda, Aruba bzw. HPE
- Du entwickelst den Netzwerk-Bereich unseres Unternehmens weiter
- Du arbeitest an ISO-Dokumentationen und Prozessen mit
- Du bearbeitest Incidents und Service Requests im täglichen Betrieb, z.B. Anpassung von Firewallregeln, Konfigurationsanpassungen an Firewalls und Switchen, Upgrade von Firewalls und Switchen, Troubleshooting
- Du führst Routinetätigkeiten in Form von Systemchecks und Upgrades durch
- Du arbeitest regelmäßig an Projekten mit

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Bereich, ein entsprechendes Studium oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Du bringst mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung mit
- Du hast sehr gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit einem namhaften Hersteller im Netzwerkbereich (z.B. Barracuda, Cisco, HPE Aruba, Fortinet, Extreme Networks, Sophos)
- Du hast idealerweise Kenntnisse im Bereich NAC (z.B. macmon)
- Du bist zuverlässig, flexibel und hast Freude an der Arbeit im Team
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
