Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie übernehmen die eigenständige Organisation und Steuerung unserer Hochbauprojekte direkt vor Ort – von der Baustelleneinrichtung bis zur finalen Übergabe.
- Sie führen Ihr Baustellenteam fachlich, teilen die täglichen Aufgaben ein und sind die zentrale Ansprechperson für die Kolleginnen und Kollegen.
- Sie verantworten die termin- und qualitätsgerechte Umsetzung der Bauarbeiten und gewährleisten konsequent die Einhaltung der Arbeitssicherheit.
- In enger Abstimmung mit der Bauleitung dokumentieren Sie den Baufortschritt und koordinieren den effizienten Einsatz von Personal, Geräten und Material.
- Sie bringen Ihre Praxiserfahrung aktiv zur Optimierung der Arbeitsabläufe ein und unterstützen Ihr Team bei Bedarf auch tatkräftig im Tagesgeschäft.

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bauhandwerk, idealerweise mit einer Weiterbildung zum Polier oder Meister (m/w/d).
- Sie bringen mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Hochbau mit und können ein Team sicher führen.
- Mit Ihrem Organisationstalent und Ihrer strukturierten Arbeitsweise behalten Sie stets den Überblick über Ihre Baustellen.
- Sie denken unternehmerisch, handeln verantwortungsbewusst und finden für jede Herausforderung eine praktische Lösung.
- Für die tägliche Arbeit auf der Baustelle besitzen Sie einen Führerschein der Klasse B sowie einen Staplerführerschein.
- Sie kommunizieren verhandlungssicher auf Deutsch (C1-Niveau), um eine reibungslose Abstimmung mit allen Beteiligten zu gewährleisten.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
