Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie realisieren vielfältige Hochbauprojekte, von Neubauten über Umbauten bis hin zu Sanierungen, und führen dabei eigenständig Mauerwerks-, Beton- und Putzarbeiten durch.
- Sie setzen technische Zeichnungen und Baupläne präzise um und arbeiten dabei eng mit der Bauleitung und Ihrem Team zusammen, um einen reibungslosen Ablauf zu gewährleisten.
- Sie bedienen und pflegen moderne Baumaschinen sowie -geräte und sorgen für deren fachgerechten Einsatz auf der Baustelle.
- Sie gewährleisten durch Ihre saubere und genaue Arbeit die Einhaltung unserer Qualitätsstandards und tragen aktiv zur Arbeitssicherheit für das gesamte Team bei.

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bauhandwerk oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- Sie verfügen über Erfahrung im Betonieren sowie ein gutes technisches Verständnis.
- Ihre Arbeitsweise ist selbstständig und strukturiert, zudem sind Sie ein verantwortungsbewusster Teamplayer.
- Für die reibungslose Abstimmung im Team und auf der Baustelle sprechen Sie fließend Deutsch (C1).
- Idealerweise besitzen Sie einen Führerschein der Klasse B.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
