- Du steuerst eigenständig die Warenversorgung unserer Flächenpartner und sorgst durch gezielte Nachlieferungen und Verschiebungen für eine optimale Produktverfügbarkeit.
- Mithilfe von Excel und unserem ERP-System analysierst du Verkaufs- und Bestandszahlen, erkennst Trends und leitest daraus konkrete Maßnahmen zur Umsatzsteigerung ab.
- In enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Außendienst und der Vertriebsleitung entwickelst du Optimierungsstrategien für unsere Sortimente und planst den Absatz der kommenden Saison.
- Als zentraler Ansprechpartner für unsere Partner und den Vertrieb kommunizierst du regelmäßig über Microsoft Teams und stellst einen reibungslosen Informationsfluss sicher.
- Zum Abschluss der Saison koordinierst du das gesamte Retourenmanagement und übernimmst die dazugehörige Abrechnung.

- Du hast eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, einen textilwirtschaftlichen Hintergrund oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- Du hast Freude am Umgang mit Zahlen sowie die Fähigkeit, Zusammenhänge in Verkaufs-, Bestands- und Umsatzdaten zu erkennen und daraus Handlungsempfehlungen abzuleiten.
- Du bringst Kenntnisse in Microsoft Excel mit und hast die Motivation, diese kontinuierlich weiterzuentwickeln. Idealerweise hast du bereits Erfahrung im Umgang mit ERP-, Warenwirtschafts- oder EDI-Systemen gemacht.
- Du verfügst über eine strukturierte, sorgfältige und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise.
- Du bist kommunikativ und hast Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Ansprechpartnern.
- Für die reibungslose Abstimmung im Team und mit Partnern bringst du fließende Deutschkenntnisse mit.
