Was erwartet dich?
- Du stellst Ceph-Cluster bereit, konfigurierst und betreibst sie, inklusive der Verwaltung von Storage-Pools, Placement-Groups und weiteren Kernkomponenten
- Du stimmst Ceph für optimale Leistung ab, beseitigst Engpässe und stellst eine effiziente Ressourcennutzung sicher
- Du entwickelst und setzt Automatisierungs-Strategien für Ceph-Deployments, Upgrades und Wartungsaufgaben um
- Du diagnostizierst und behebst komplexe technische Probleme im Zusammenhang mit Ceph-Storage, häufig in Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Teams

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast 5+ Jahre Erfahrung als Senior Linux Engineer oder Site Reliability Engineer und ein tiefes und breites Verständnis von Linux-Systemen und Netzwerken
- Du besitzt fundierte Kenntnisse in Ceph-Architektur und -Administration
- Du hast Erfahrung mit Cloud-Storage-Technologien (File, Object, Block)
- Du bist vertraut mit Automatisierungstools (z. B. Ansible) sowie Monitoring- und Observability-Lösungen
- Du kennst dich mit Cloud-Plattformen und Container-Technologien (z. B. Docker) aus
- Du verfügst über hervorragende Fähigkeiten zur Fehlersuche und Problemlösung sowie starke Kommunikations- und Kollaborationsfähigkeiten
