Was erwartet dich?
- Du übernimmst die vollumfängliche Leitung anspruchsvoller IT-Infrastrukturprojekte, von der Planung und Team-Zusammenstellung bis zum Abschluss nach Methoden wie PRINCE2 oder Scrum.
- Als zentrale Schnittstelle übersetzt du technische Anforderungen für unsere Kunden und sorgst für eine transparente Kommunikation mit allen relevanten Stakeholdern.
- Du planst und überwachst die Projektressourcen sowie das Budget und stellst durch vorausschauendes Handeln eine reibungslose Umsetzung sicher.
- Du verantwortest die Qualitätssicherung sowie das Risikomanagement und stellst dabei die Einhaltung von Standards wie ITIL und ISO 20000 sicher.
- In enger Abstimmung mit dem Kunden erstellst du Leistungsscheine und sorgst durch ein regelmäßiges Reporting für Klarheit über den Projektfortschritt.
- Bei kritischen Abweichungen steuerst du aktiv Gegenmaßnahmen und bindest bei Bedarf die Bereichs- oder Geschäftsleitung zur Lösungsfindung ein.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du bringst nachweisbare Erfahrung in der Leitung von IT-Infrastrukturprojekten mit – von der Planung bis zum erfolgreichen Abschluss.
- Ob PRINCE2, Scrum, ITIL oder ISO 20000 – du kennst die relevanten Methoden sowie Standards und wendest sie pragmatisch an.
- Du übersetzt komplexe technische Themen mühelos in eine verständliche Sprache für Kund*innen und dein Team.
- Du koordinierst souverän auch verteilte Teams, arbeitest strukturiert und weißt, wann pragmatische Lösungen gefragt sind.
- Deine Kommunikationsstärke beweist du sicher auf Deutsch und Englisch, sowohl in Wort als auch Schrift.
