Für den weiteren Ausbau unserer Unternehmensgruppe suchen wir einen analytisch starken Beteiligungscontroller, der als zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Vorstand, Tochtergesellschaften, Banken und Investoren wirkt und aktiv zur weiteren Professionalisierung unserer Gruppe beiträgt.
Was erwartet dich?
- Analyse und Steuerung der wirtschaftlichen Entwicklung unserer Tochtergesellschaften
- Durchführung von Soll-Ist-Vergleichen und Abweichungsanalysen
- Erstellung von Handlungsempfehlungen für Vorstand und Geschäftsführungen
- Weiterentwicklung des Berichtswesens innerhalb der Gruppe
- Erstellung und Konsolidierung der monatlichen Management-Reportings
- Analyse von Umsatz-, Ergebnis-, Kosten- und Liquiditätsentwicklungen
- Sicherstellung einer einheitlichen KPI-Systematik über sämtliche Gesellschaften hinweg
- Aufbereitung entscheidungsrelevanter Kennzahlen für Vorstand und Stakeholder
- Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung der gruppenweiten Liquiditätssteuerung
- Erstellung von Liquiditätsprognosen und Szenarioanalysen
- Monitoring der Finanzierungs- und Cashflow-Entwicklung der Tochtergesellschaften
- Identifikation von Risiken und Optimierungspotenzialen
- Entwicklung, Überwachung und Analyse gruppenweiter Leistungskennzahlen
- Aufbau von Dashboards und Management-Cockpits
- Regelmäßiger Austausch mit den Geschäftsführungen der operativen Gesellschaften
- Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung von Performance-Verbesserungsmaßnahmen
- Begleitung neu erworbener Gesellschaften während des Integrationsprozesses
- Nachverfolgung von Synergien, Integrationsfortschritten und Zielerreichungen
- Definition und Überwachung von Integrations-KPIs
- Unterstützung bei der Einführung gruppenweiter Standards und Prozesse
- Erstellung regelmäßiger Reportings für Banken, Finanzierungspartner und Investoren
- Aufbereitung von Finanzkennzahlen und Unternehmensentwicklungen
- Unterstützung bei Finanzierungs- und Covenant-Berichterstattungen
- Mitarbeit bei Budget-, Forecast- und Business-Plan-Prozessen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Finance oder Controlling
- 3 bis 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Controlling, Beteiligungscontrolling oder Corporate Finance
- Sicherer Umgang mit Jahresabschlüssen, GuV, Bilanz und Cashflow-Rechnung
- Ausgeprägte analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Excel sowie BI- und Reporting-Tools
- Hohe Eigeninitiative und Hands-on-Mentalität
- Kommunikationsstärke im Umgang mit Geschäftsführungen und Stakeholdern
- Strukturierte, selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
