Du arbeitest mit natürlichen Materialien und einem modernen Maschinenpark und fertigst Vollholzmöbel für unterschiedliche Wohn- und Lebensbereiche. Dabei verbinden sich klassisches Schreinerhandwerk und moderne Fertigungstechnik. Was erwartet dich?
- Du fertigst hochwertige Vollholzmöbel – vom rohen Schwarzwälder Laubholz bis zum fertigen Unikat.
- Dabei bedienst du moderne Holzbearbeitungsmaschinen und wendest gleichzeitig klassische Handwerkstechniken an.
- Du übernimmst die präzise Montage der Einzelteile und sorgst für ein perfektes Finish der Oberflächen.
- Du arbeitest bewusst mit natürlichen sowie schadstoffarmen Materialien und trägst so zu unserer nachhaltigen Produktion bei.
- Durch deine sorgfältige Arbeit stellst du sicher, dass jedes Möbelstück unseren hohen Qualitätsstandards entspricht.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Schreiner:in, Tischler:in oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- Du bringst bereits praktische Erfahrung in der Holz- und Möbelverarbeitung mit und gehst sicher mit den gängigen Maschinen und Werkzeugen um.
- Deine Arbeitsweise zeichnet sich durch handwerkliches Geschick, ein hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein und eine große Sorgfalt aus.
- Du teilst unsere Leidenschaft für hochwertige Vollholzmöbel und hast Lust, dich in einem nachhaltig arbeitenden Betrieb weiterzuentwickeln.
- Du sprichst fließend Deutsch, um dich reibungslos im Team abzustimmen.

Personal contact is possible via chat as soon as you have been invited for an interview. Before that, you will receive all important status changes by e-mail. If you have any questions, you can contact us anytime via email.
I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
