Was erwartet dich?
- Du übernimmst die fachliche und disziplinarische Führung deines Teams (7-10 Mitarbeitende) im Bereich Scientific Consulting und förderst aktiv ihre Weiterentwicklung.
- Gemeinsam mit deinem Team verantwortest du die wissenschaftliche Kundenberatung, von der Bewertung komplexer Laboranalysen bis zur Erstellung fundierter Stellungnahmen.
- Du agierst als zentrale Ansprechperson für dein Team bei Fachfragen, sicherst die Qualität der Beratungsergebnisse und übernimmst die finale Prüfung von Kennzeichnungen.
- Anhand von Kennzahlen steuerst du die Auslastung und Effizienz deines Teams, optimierst bestehende Arbeitsprozesse und treibst die Weiterentwicklung eurer Services voran.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes naturwissenschaftliches Studium, z. B. in Biologie, Lebensmitteltechnologie oder Ökotrophologie.
- Du bringst bereits mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Führung und Entwicklung von Teams mit.
- Mit deiner strukturierten und kommunikativen Art fällt es dir leicht, Prozesse zu steuern und die Kundenzufriedenheit sicherzustellen.
- Du hast Freude daran, dein Team fachlich anzuleiten und die Wirtschaftlichkeit deines Bereichs im Blick zu behalten.
- Du kommunizierst verhandlungssicher auf Deutsch und Englisch (C1-Niveau).

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
