Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie verantworten den gesamten Entwicklungsprozess von der Konzeption neuer Lebensmittel bis zur erfolgreichen Übergabe an die Produktion.
- In enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Vertrieb setzen Sie kundenspezifische Produktanforderungen in maßgeschneiderte Lösungen um.
- Sie planen, organisieren und führen eigenständig Verkostungen sowie sensorische Tests durch, um unsere hohen Qualitätsstandards sicherzustellen.
- Sie steuern Ihre Projekte eigenverantwortlich und dokumentieren den gesamten Prozess von der Musteranfrage im ERP-System bis zur Produktionsreife.
- Sie werten Versuchsergebnisse systematisch aus und leiten daraus konkrete Handlungsempfehlungen für die Produktoptimierung ab.

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie bringen eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung in der Lebensmittelbranche, z.B. als Koch/Köchin oder Bäcker/Bäckerin mit.
- Sie bringen idealweise erste Berufserfahrung im Lebensmittelumfeld mit, vorzugsweise aus der industriellen Produktentwicklung.
- Idealerweise haben Sie bereits Erfahrung in der industriellen Verarbeitung und sensorischen Beurteilung von Lebensmitteln gesammelt.
- Im Umgang mit MS Office und einem gängigen ERP-System fühlen Sie sich sicher.
- Eine selbstständige, gewissenhafte Arbeitsweise sowie technisches Verständnis zeichnen Sie aus.
- Sie kommunizieren verhandlungssicher auf Deutsch in Wort und Schrift (C2).

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.

Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
