im Account Management für bAV-Firmenkunden
in München
Deine Rolle bei uns
- Kundenbetreuung & Beratung: Du betreust und berätst unsere internationalen, zumeist namhaften Kunden und baust langfristige, vertrauensvolle Partnerschaften auf. Du fungierst als zentrale Schnittstelle für fachliche, operative und strategische Fragen der von dir verantworteten Kunden.
- Kundenentwicklung: Du entwickelst bestehende Kundenbeziehungen weiter und baust das Geschäftsvolumen, wenn möglich, aus. In der Anbahnung unterstützt du bei Bedarf unser New Business Team.
- Personalverantwortung: Du trägst die Verantwortung für zahlreiche Kunden, die du mit erfahrenen Account Managern verwaltest; perspektivisch übernimmst du die disziplinarische Leitung eines Teams von 3-4 Account Managern.
- Daten & Prozesse: Du sorgst für einen validen Datenbestand und effiziente Prozesse entlang unserer Ablaufstandards für deinen Bereich.
- Innovation & Digitalisierung: Du gehst mit uns den Weg der technischen Modernisierung im Bestandsmanagement und bist Sparringspartner für unser Team Projects & Processes.
