Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie sind für die Beschaffung von Baumaterialien und Bauelementen zuständig und wählen Lieferant:innen, Nachunternehmer:innen und Planer:innen aus
- Sie wirken an der Erarbeitung von Nachtragsangeboten und der Erstellung des Vergabeterminplans mit
- Sie verhandeln Preise, Vertragsbedingungen und Zahlungsmodalitäten mit Lieferant:innen, Nachunternehmer:innen und Planer:innen und stellen die bestmöglichen Konditionen sicher
- Sie arbeiten eng mit dem Projektmanagement zusammen, um sicherzustellen, dass die Beschaffungskosten im Rahmen des geplanten Budgets bleiben
- Sie dokumentieren alle Einkäufe, Verträge und Lieferungen und sichern so Transparenz und Nachverfolgbarkeit

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie bringen mehrere Jahre Berufserfahrung als Einkäufer:in im Hochbau mit
- Sie haben bereits bei Projekten im Millionen-Euro-Bereich mitgewirkt
- Sie verfügen über ein tiefes Verständnis der Baubranche, einschließlich der verschiedenen Baumaterialien, -verfahren und -abläufe
- Sie sind in der Lage, funktionale Leistungsbeschreibungen, Bauausschreibungen, Leistungsverzeichnisse und Baupläne zu lesen und zu verstehen
- Sie sind fit in der Nutzung gängiger Einkaufs- und Beschaffungssoftware und verfügen über zusätzliche digitale Kompetenzen sowie Kenntnisse in der Datenverarbeitung und -analyse
- Sie zeichnen sich durch Kommunikationsstärke, Verhandlungsgeschick, verbindliches Auftreten, Teamfähigkeit und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise aus
