Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie führen und koordinieren die Kolonne im täglichen Baustellenablauf und verteilen die Aufgaben nachvollziehbar
- Sie planen die nächsten Arbeitsschritte vorausschauend in enger Abstimmung mit der Bauleitung und stimmen Personal, Material und Geräte ab
- Sie setzen Ausführungspläne fachgerecht um, prüfen Maße und Ausführungsqualität und klären frühzeitig Unstimmigkeiten
- Sie stellen sichere Arbeitsabläufe sicher und gehen sorgfältig mit Material und Betriebsmitteln um
- Sie geben Fachwissen an Beschäftigte und Auszubildende weiter und melden regelmäßig den Baufortschritt und eventuelle Abweichungen an die Bauleitung zurück

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben eine abgeschlossene Weiterbildung zum Polier, Werkpolier, Maurer- und Betonbauermeister (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit einschlägiger Führungserfahrung.
- Sie verfügen über fundierte Praxis im Hoch- und Rohbau und sind absolut sicher in der Umsetzung von Plänen und Bauabläufen.
- Sie pflegen einen klaren und respektvollen Führungsstil, organisieren vorausschauend und haben stets ein offenes Ohr für das Baustellenteam.
- Sie verbinden einen hohen handwerklichen Qualitätsanspruch mit ausgeprägtem Verantwortungsbewusstsein und einer verlässlichen Arbeitsweise.
- Für die reibungslose Abstimmung auf der Baustelle bringen Sie verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse (C1) mit.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
