- Sie beraten Mandant:innen bei Umwandlungen, Holding-Strukturen und steuerlichen Gestaltungen
- Sie prüfen steuerliche Folgen und entwickeln belastbare Umsetzungsschritte
- Sie koordinieren Schnittstellen zu Recht, Notariat, Finanzverwaltung und Buchhaltung
- Sie bauen Prozesse und fachliche Standards für wiederkehrende Umwandlungsfälle mit auf

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben ein abgeschlossenes Steuerberaterexamen.
- Sie bringen mindestens zwei Jahre relevante Erfahrung oder einen klaren Schwerpunkt im Umwandlungssteuerrecht mit.
- Ihre Arbeitsweise ist präzise, lösungsorientiert und immer nah an den Bedürfnissen Ihrer Mandant:innen.
- Sie haben Freude daran, komplexe Strukturen verständlich aufzubereiten und in umsetzbare Lösungen zu überführen.
- Sie bringen die Bereitschaft zur kontinuierlichen Weiterbildung mit.
- Sie kommunizieren verhandlungssicher auf Deutsch (C1-Niveau) in Wort und Schrift.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
