Was erwartet Sie?
- Als Leitung des Qualitätsmanagements verantworten Sie den strategischen Auf- und Ausbau unseres GDP-konformen QM-Systems und stellen dessen kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung sicher.
- Sie steuern die Erstellung, Prüfung und Freigabe aller qualitätsrelevanten Dokumente sowie SOPs und gewährleisten so eine lückenlose, GMP-gerechte Dokumentation.
- Sie managen proaktiv alle qualitätskritischen Prozesse wie Change Control, CAPA und das Risikomanagement und leiten bei Abweichungen die notwendigen Korrekturmaßnahmen ein.
- In enger Abstimmung mit der Geschäftsführung bereiten Sie regelmäßige Management Reviews vor und verantworten das KPI-Reporting, um die Qualitätsziele transparent zu machen.
- Als anerkannte Responsible Person (m/w/d) nach AMG agieren Sie als zentrale Ansprechperson für regulatorische Behörden und stellen die Einhaltung sämtlicher GDP-Anforderungen sicher.
- Sie planen und leiten interne sowie externe Audits und begleiten Behördeninspektionen souverän als erste Ansprechperson vor Ort.

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben ein Studium der Pharmazie, Chemie, Biologie, Human- oder Veterinärmedizin oder eine vergleichbare naturwissenschaftliche Ausbildung abgeschlossen
- Sie sind als Sachkundige Person / Responsible Person gemäß deutschem Arzneimittelrecht anerkannt
- Sie verfügen über mehrjährige Erfahrung im pharmazeutischen Qualitätsmanagement, insbesondere im Umgang mit regulatorischen Behörden (Regierungspräsidium Oberbayern)
- Sie besitzen fundierte Kenntnisse von AMG, AM-HandelsV, EU-GDP und EU-GMP
- Sie haben Erfahrung in der Arbeit in einem internationalen Umfeld sowie mit Audits, Behördeninspektionen und ausgelagerten Geschäftsmodellen
- Sie verfügen über verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
