Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie erstellen eigenständig komplexe Jahresabschlüsse (Bilanzen, GuV, Anhang) nach HGB und ggf. Steuerrecht
- Sie wirken bei der steuerlichen Gestaltung und Vorbereitung von komplexen betrieblichen Steuererklärungen mit
- Sie erstellen Sonderbilanzen wie Eröffnungs-, Zwischen-, Auseinandersetzungs- oder Liquidationsbilanzen
- Sie analysieren Kennzahlen, planen Liquidität und unterstützen bei Bankgesprächen oder Betriebsprüfungen
- Sie erstellen betriebswirtschaftliche Auswertungen (BWA) und Controlling-Berichte für die Mandant:innen
- Sie sind fachliche Ansprechperson für Steuerfachangestellte und überwachen die Buchführungsqualität

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Weiterbildung zum Geprüften Bilanzbuchhalter (IHK) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Sie verfügen über fundierte Praxis in der Erstellung von Jahresabschlüssen und Steuererklärungen, idealerweise in einer Kanzlei
- Sie besitzen tiefe Kenntnisse in der Bilanzierung nach HGB (optional Steuerrecht/IFRS) sowie im aktuellen Steuerrecht
- Sie haben Expertenwissen in DATEV (insb. Kanzlei-Rechnungswesen) sowie sehr gute Excel-Kenntnisse
- Sie haben Freude an Teamarbeit, Mandantenkontakt und der Suche nach praxisnahen Lösungen
- Sie zeichnen sich durch Kommunikationsstärke, Verlässlichkeit und einen hohen Qualitätsanspruch aus

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
