- Du schaffst persönliche Bindungen zu Bewohner:innen und Angehörigen, organisierst Aktivitäten, erkennst Bedürfnisse, vernetzt dich, pflegst Beziehungen, förderst Lebensfreude, führst Grund- und Behandlungspflege durch und wirkst bei der Überwachung der Pflegequalität mit
- Du förderst den Teamgedanken, koordinierst pflegerische und betreuende Maßnahmen, sicherst die Qualität, erstellst Pflegepläne, hältst Teambesprechungen, entwickelst Mitarbeitende und gestaltest mitarbeiterorientierte Dienstpläne mit
- Du unterstützt die PDL in ihrer Arbeit, verzahnst dich eng mit anderen Wohnbereichen, verwaltest Daten, vertrittst Interessen, überwachst Medikamente, hältst Hygiene- und Sicherheitsvorschriften ein und machst Verbesserungsvorschläge

- Attraktive Vergütung: Als Wohnbereichsleitung erhältst du zu deinem Monatslohn eine Funktionszulage von 300,00 Euro. Bei mehreren Funktionen gibt es entsprechend mehrere Funktionszulagen. Nacht-, Sonntags-, Vorfeiertags- und Feiertagsdienste werden zusätzlich überdurchschnittlich vergütet

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
