Was erwartet dich?
- Du führst fachlich und disziplinarisch mehrere Produktionsbereiche sowie die unterstellten Schichtführer:innen und Mitarbeitenden im Dreischichtbetrieb
- Du stellst einen reibungslosen Produktionsablauf sicher, indem du Qualitäts-, Sicherheits-, Umwelt- und gesetzliche Vorgaben einhältst
- Du bist verantwortlich für die Personaleinsatzplanung, Kapazitätssteuerung sowie die Dokumentation, Auswertung und das Reporting relevanter Produktionskennzahlen
- Du schulst, arbeitest ein, förderst und entwickelst Mitarbeitende weiter und führst Betriebs- und Mitarbeitergespräche zur Etablierung einer konstruktiven Feedbackkultur
- Du koordinierst und setzt einfache Reparaturen, vorbeugende Maschinenpflege sowie Reinigungsmaßnahmen um, um die Anlagenverfügbarkeit sicherzustellen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast zwingend eine abgeschlossene technische oder gewerbliche Berufsausbildung mit Weiterbildung zum Industriemeister, Handwerksmeister, Techniker (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Du bringst mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einem produzierenden Unternehmen mit und hast fundierte Kenntnisse von Produktionsprozessen
- Du verfügst über mehrjährige Führungserfahrung in der Produktion und hast nachweisbare Kompetenz in der Mitarbeiterführung und -entwicklung
- Du hast Deutschkenntisse auf mindestens C1 Niveau und verfügst über gute Kommunikative Skills
- Du besitzt ausgeprägte Führungs-, Kommunikations- und Durchsetzungsstärke sowie ein hohes Maß an Verantwortungsbewusstsein
- Du arbeitest strukturiert und lösungsorientiert und bist sicher im Umgang mit MS Office, ERP-Systemen und Produktionskennzahlen
