- Du betreust unsere Kund:innen direkt und berätst sie telefonisch zu allen Fragen rund um Sally AI, sodass sie das Tool mit einem guten Gefühl nutzen können
- Du bist die erste Anlaufstelle für eingehende Anfragen per Telefon und E-Mail, dokumentierst Anliegen sauber und leitest komplexere Fälle gezielt weiter
- Du arbeitest eng mit unserem Entwicklungsteam zusammen, um Kundenfeedback zu sammeln, das uns hilft, Sally AI stetig zu verbessern
- Du sorgst dafür, dass unsere Kundendaten im CRM-System immer aktuell und vollständig sind, damit das gesamte Team jederzeit auf verlässliche Informationen zugreifen kann

- Du benötigst keine spezielle Ausbildung, aber du bist kommunikativ, hast Freude am Kundenservice und interessierst dich für technische Themen
- Du hast idealerweise im Kundenservice, Kundensupport oder Callcenter gearbeitet, aber wichtiger sind uns deine Motivation, Offenheit und echte Macherqualitäten
- Du bringst ein Lächeln durchs Telefon, hörst gerne zu, findest die richtigen Worte und bleibst stets lösungsorientiert
- Du möchtest Verantwortung übernehmen und unser Rückenwind im Kundenservice werden, wodurch du der Grund bist, wieso wir neue Höhen erreichen
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

The number of your applications is not limited. An overview of your applications can be found in your application overview.

Personal contact is possible via chat as soon as you have been invited for an interview. Before that, you will receive all important status changes by e-mail. If you have any questions, you can contact us anytime via email.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
