Was erwartet dich?
- Du führst neue Vertriebspartner:innen in unser Programm ein, unterstützt sie beim Start und sorgst dafür, dass sie von Anfang an gut aufgestellt sind
- Du hilfst dabei, Partner:innen durch Schulungen, Newsletter und Marketingmaterialien fit für die Zusammenarbeit mit uns zu machen
- Du stehst im regelmäßigen Austausch mit unseren Partner:innen, erkennst Potenziale und unterstützt dabei, bestehende Kooperationen weiter auszubauen
- Du führst Feedbackgespräche mit Partner:innen, sprichst über ihre Ergebnisse und nimmst ihre Ideen zur Weiterentwicklung unseres Programms auf
- Du hältst unser Partnerportal sauber und aktuell und kümmerst dich um die organisatorischen und administrativen Aufgaben rund um das Partnermanagement
- Du arbeitest eng mit internen Teams zusammen und unterstützt Partner:innen auch in Endkundenprojekten, wenn es strategisch oder organisatorisch nötig ist

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du arbeitest strukturiert, kommunizierst gerne mit Menschen und bringst Lust auf partnerschaftliche Zusammenarbeit mit
- Du hast idealerweise Erfahrung in der Betreuung von Vertriebspartner:innen, Reseller:innen oder Händler:innen, etwa in einem Partnerprogramm, im indirekten Vertrieb oder in der Maklerbetreuung
- Du gehst offen auf Menschen zu, kommunizierst klar und schaffst es, Beziehungen professionell und sympathisch aufzubauen
- Du willst Verantwortung übernehmen, Partnerschaften aktiv mitgestalten und gemeinsam mit uns ein starkes Partnerprogramm weiterentwickeln
- Du punktest mit sehr guten Deutsch- und Englischkenntnissen in Wort und Schrift
- Du arbeitest strukturiert, behältst den Überblick und hältst Informationen, Aufgaben und Absprachen zuverlässig fest

In your application overview you have an overview of the application progress at any time. Additionally, we send you emails about the most important status changes.
Can I send several applications at once?
The number of your applications is not limited. An overview of your applications can be found in your application overview.
Can other companies see where else I have applied?
Can I also contact the company's contact person directly?
Personal contact is possible via chat as soon as you have been invited for an interview. Before that, you will receive all important status changes by e-mail. If you have any questions, you can contact us anytime via email.
I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
