- Als zentrale Ansprechperson beraten Sie Führungskräfte und Mitarbeitende kompetent in allen individual- und kollektivrechtlichen Fragestellungen.
- Sie verantworten das gesamte Vertrags- und Bescheinigungswesen – von der Erstellung der Arbeitsverträge über Vertragsänderungen bis hin zur Zeugniserstellung.
- Sie analysieren und bewerten Arbeitsplätze nach tariflichen Vorgaben und bereiten die Ergebnisse für die paritätische Kommission auf.
- Sie begleiten den gesamten Employee Lifecycle, betreuen unsere Mitarbeitenden vom Onboarding bis zum Offboarding und steuern in diesem Rahmen auch den Recruiting-Prozess.
- Sie gestalten aktiv die Weiterentwicklung unserer HR-Landschaft, wirken an strategischen HR-Projekten mit und optimieren bestehende Prozesse.

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie verfügen über ein abgeschlossenes Studium (z. B. BWL, Psychologie) oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung mit Schwerpunkt Personal.
- Sie bringen mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im operativen HR-Bereich sowie fundierte Kenntnisse im Arbeits- und Sozialversicherungsrecht mit.
- Sie sind vertraut mit Methoden der Arbeitsplatzbewertung und sicher im Umgang mit MS Office sowie gängigen HR-Systemen.
- Als kommunikationsstarke Persönlichkeit überzeugen Sie mit Empathie und Verhandlungsgeschick und arbeiten dabei stets strukturiert und gewissenhaft.
- Ihre Deutschkenntnisse sind verhandlungssicher in Wort und Schrift und Sie können sich gut auf Englisch verständigen.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
