Was erwartet Dich?
- Du programmierst, bedienst und richtest unsere 5-Achsen CNC-Schleifmaschine ein
- Du schleifst Fräser präzise nach technischen Zeichnungen und vorgegebenen Spezifikationen
- Du bereitest Werkzeuge für den Schleifprozess vor und übernimmst dabei beispielsweise das Sandstrahlen und Honen
- Du führst die anschließende Nachbearbeitung der Werkzeuge durch, einschließlich Auswuchten und Montage
- Du unterstützt bei vorgelagerten Fertigungsschritten, beispielsweise beim Verzahnen von Fräsen, Zuschneiden und Vorbereiten von Hartmetall und Lotblechen sowie beim Auflöten von Hartmetall
- Du führst eigenständig Maß- und Qualitätskontrollen durch und stellst damit die geforderte Präzision der gefertigten Werkzeuge sicher

Was solltest Du mitbringen?
- Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Metallbereich, beispielsweise als Zerspanungsmechaniker, Werkzeugmechaniker (m/w/d), Feinwerkmechaniker (m/w/d) oder über eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Du bringst Erfahrung im Umgang mit CNC-gesteuerten Maschinen mit – idealerweise hast Du bereits mit CNC-Schleifmaschinen gearbeitet
- Du kannst technische Zeichnungen sicher lesen und bist mit dem fachgerechten Einsatz von Messmitteln vertraut
- Du zeichnest dich durch ein ausgeprägtes Qualitätsbewusstsein und eine präzise Arbeitsweise aus
- Du arbeitest sorgfältig, strukturiert und eigenverantwortlich und behälst auch bei anspruchsvollen Fertigungsaufgaben den Überblick
- Du bist zuverlässig und teamfähig und verfügst über gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
