Was erwartet dich?
- Du übernimmst die operative Buchhaltung, einschließlich der Erfassung, Kontierung und Verbuchung von Geschäftsvorfällen, insbesondere im Delivery Business
- Du führst laufende Kontenabstimmungen und Reconciliations gemäß Abstimmungsplan durch
- Du klärst und bereinigst Differenzen und offene Posten in Abstimmung mit internen Schnittstellen
- Du unterstützt bei Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen und erstellst sowie pflegst prüfungssichere Working Papers und Nachweisdokumentationen
- Du überwachst und stimmst Bestands- und Warenbewegungen ab und klärst Abweichungen
- Du arbeitest eng mit den Teamkolleg:innen sowie relevanten Schnittstellen wie Logistics, Trade und Operations im operativen Tagesgeschäft zusammen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Schwerpunkt Buchhaltung/Rechnungswesen oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Du bringst mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Finanzbuchhaltung mit
- Du hast Erfahrung mit Kontenabstimmungen sowie Monats- und Jahresabschlussarbeiten
- Du bist sicher im Umgang mit Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central und MS Office, insbesondere Excel
- Du verfügst über ein ausgeprägtes Zahlenverständnis und gehst sicher mit größeren Datenmengen um
- Du arbeitest mit hoher Sorgfalt und Genauigkeit, insbesondere im Umgang mit Bestands-, Waren- und Finanzdaten, und hast sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
