Was erwartet dich?
- Du bist die erste Anlaufstelle für unsere Kund:innen: Du empfängst sie in der Serviceannahme, nimmst ihre Anliegen auf und legst die Werkstattaufträge an.
- Als organisatorisches Herzstück unseres Teams koordinierst du Werkstatt-, HU/AU- sowie Ersatzwagentermine – telefonisch und über unser Online-Tool.
- Du übernimmst die kaufmännische Abwicklung, erstellst Rechnungen, kassierst bei der Fahrzeugübergabe und bereitest Garantie- sowie Versicherungsfälle zur Abrechnung vor.
- Du gestaltest unseren Außenauftritt aktiv mit, indem du Werbeaktionen planst und unsere Social-Media-Kanäle auf Facebook und Instagram pflegst.
- In enger Abstimmung mit den Serviceberater:innen stellst du einen reibungslosen Ablauf und eine erstklassige Kundenerfahrung sicher.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, zum Beispiel als Automobilkaufmann oder Kaufmann für Büromanagement (m/w/d), oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation – auch Quereinsteiger:innen mit Serviceerfahrung sind willkommen
- Du bringst Erfahrung im direkten Kundenkontakt mit und trittst freundlich und verbindlich auf
- Du arbeitest sorgfältig mit Zahlen und bist sicher im Umgang mit MS Office
- Du hast Lust, Werbung und Social Media mitzugestalten, idealerweise mit ersten Erfahrungen auf Facebook und Instagram
- Idealerweise kennst du die Abläufe in einem Autohaus oder einer Werkstatt bereits
- Du sprichst fließend Deutsch (C1-Niveau), um Kund:innen sicher zu beraten

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
