Was erwartet dich?
- Du planst, koordinierst und entwickelst digitale sowie klassische Marketingmaßnahmen und erstellst zielgruppengerechte Inhalte für Website, Social Media, Newsletter und Vertriebsunterlagen.
- Du recherchierst Markttrends, greifst Impulse auf und übersetzt diese in wirksame Kommunikationskonzepte und Kampagnen, um unsere B2B-Zielgruppen zu erreichen.
- Du analysierst den Erfolg deiner Marketingaktivitäten, leitest daraus Optimierungspotenziale ab und baust so gemeinsam im Team unsere Marktpräsenz kontinuierlich aus.
- In enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Vertrieb gestaltest du aktiv die Lead-Journey, unterstützt bei wichtigen Ausschreibungen und stärkst so die Schnittstelle zwischen Marketing und Sales.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du arbeitest strukturiert und verantwortungsbewusst, setzt klare Prioritäten und bringst Themen auch dann ins Ziel, wenn noch nicht jeder Schritt vorgegeben ist
- Du formulierst zielgruppengerecht und stilsicher und hast ein gutes Gespür dafür, wie komplexe Themen verständlich und wirksam aufbereitet werden
- Du hast echtes Interesse an unseren Zielgruppen und bist bereit, dich in neue Themen, Technologien und digitale Prozesse einzuarbeiten
- Du verfügst über ein generalistisches Marketingverständnis und bringst erste oder weiterführende Erfahrung in Marketing, Online-Kommunikation oder Vertrieb im B2B-Umfeld mit
- Du verstehst Vertriebsthemen und arbeitest konstruktiv mit unterschiedlichen internen und externen Beteiligten zusammen
- Du kommunizierst klar, adressatengerecht und verbindlich und verfügst über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mind. C2) sowie gute Englischkenntnisse (B2)

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
