Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie verantworten die eigenständige Bearbeitung der Debitoren- und Kreditorenbuchhaltung und stellen die korrekte Abstimmung der Sachkonten sicher.
- Sie wickeln den gesamten Zahlungsverkehr ab, überwachen Zahlungseingänge und klären offene Posten in Abstimmung mit den Fachabteilungen.
- Mithilfe von Microsoft Dynamics (Navision) verbuchen Sie alle laufenden Geschäftsvorfälle und sorgen für eine lückenlose Dokumentation.
- Sie erstellen termingerecht die monatlichen Meldungen für die Finanzbehörden und bereiten interne Reports vor.
- Sie unterstützen Ihr Team aktiv bei der Erstellung der Monats- und Jahresabschlüsse.
- Zusätzlich zu allgemeinen administrativen Tätigkeiten bringen Sie sich in die Optimierung der Buchhaltungsprozesse ein.

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben eine kaufmännische Ausbildung erfolgreich abgeschlossen und bringen mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Finanzbuchhaltung mit.
- Sie sind sicher im Umgang mit MS Office und haben idealerweise bereits mit einer ERP-Software wie Microsoft Dynamics gearbeitet.
- Eine hohe Zahlenaffinität, eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise zeichnen Sie aus.
- Als kommunikationsstarker Teamplayer arbeiten Sie gerne zielorientiert und eigenverantwortlich.
- Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift runden Ihr Profil ab.
