Was erwartet dich?
- Du schweißt präzise Bleche und komplexe Konstruktionsteile aus Edelstahl nach technischen Zeichnungen im WIG-Verfahren.
- Du übernimmst die eigenständige Vor- und Nachbereitung deiner Schweißarbeiten, inklusive dem Ausrichten der Bauteile.
- Du führst sorgfältige Sicht- und Qualitätskontrollen deiner Schweißnähte durch, um die Einhaltung unserer hohen Qualitätsstandards sicherzustellen.
- Du arbeitest eng mit deinen Kolleginnen und Kollegen in der Fertigung zusammen und bist für die Pflege deiner Arbeitsmittel verantwortlich.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Metallbereich (z. B. als WIG-Schweißer) und bringst mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Blechverarbeitung mit.
- Du beherrschst das WIG-Schweißverfahren sicher – gültige Schweißerpässe sind dabei ein Plus, aber keine Voraussetzung.
- Das Lesen und Verstehen von technischen Zeichnungen sowie ein gutes räumliches Vorstellungsvermögen gehören zu deinen Stärken.
- Deine Arbeitsweise ist selbstständig, verantwortungsbewusst und präzise, denn du hast einen hohen Anspruch an deine eigene Qualität.
- Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und bist ein zuverlässiger Teamplayer, auf den man sich verlassen kann.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
